Objectives: To provide consultancy and assistance to both the Sales Manager and the client in selecting the office fittings for the new Mumbai office.
Services provided: design consultancy design consultancy, materials and furniture selection, assistance in project management and sales negotiations, cost monitoring.
Description of work carried out
Planning: The project started with a preliminary meeting between the foreign client, the Sales Manager and Tempus Fugit to define the aesthetic expectations and the budget. During this phase, the client’s specific needs were carefully considered to ensure a result that reflected their vision.
Design and selection: Tempus Fugit provided detailed consultancy in the design of the spaces, selecting the most suitable materials and choosing the furniture that best suited the aesthetic and functional needs of the new Mumbai headquarters. Every decision was taken with care to ensure maximum quality and consistency with the initial project.
Assistance and monitoring: During the project implementation, Tempus Fugit assisted the client in project management, including sales negotiation and cost monitoring. This allowed us to keep the project within the established budget, while ensuring a high standard of quality.
Results: The project was successfully completed, providing Bright Commodities with an elegant and functional office that reflects the importance and professionalism of the company.
