Phase 1 - Auditing with the client
The first contact with the customer is essential to fully understand their ideas, needs and expectations. During this meeting, we gather all the necessary information to start outlining the project. Objective: To establish clear communication and define the project objectives.
Phase 2 - Preliminary study
Preliminary consultancy and elaboration of the feasibility study. We carry out on-site inspections and surveys to verify the situation and study the realisation of spaces in compliance with current regulations. Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the project and identify the best solutions for the customer’s needs.
Phase 3 - Realization of the preliminary project
In this phase, we define the type of installations and furnishings according to the aesthetic and economic preferences of the customer. We create a detailed preliminary project that serves as a basis for the subsequent development phases. Objective: To create a preliminary project that reflects the needs and tastes of the customer.
Phase 4 - Technical-economic analysis of the project
Preparation of a detailed budget and schedule, including development time and expected costs. This document guides the customer through all phases of the project, ensuring transparency and clarity. Objective: To provide a clear forecast of the project costs and timeframe.
Phase 5 - Project confirmation and implementation
After approval of the preliminary project and budget, we start work. We handle all the necessary construction paperwork and provide ongoing support during implementation activities. Objective: to start and monitor the work, ensuring that everything goes according to plan.
Phase 6 - Site handover
We carry out final checks, verify the quality of the work done, clean the premises and hand over the keys to the customer. We ensure that every detail is perfect and in accordance with the customer’s expectations. Objective: To complete the work with rigorous quality control and hand over the finished project to the customer.
Phase 7 - Post realisation assistance
We remain at the customer’s disposal for any needs even after the project is completed. We offer support and assistance to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to answer any questions or requests. Objective: To ensure continuity of service and maintain high customer satisfaction even after the project completion.
