Description of the project

Objectives: to provide consultancy and assistance to both the Sales Manager and the client for the selection of office furniture for the new Bangalore headquarters.

Services provided: consultancy, materials and furniture selection.

Description of work performed

Planning: the project started with a preliminary meeting between the foreign client, the Sales Manager and Tempus Fugit to define the aesthetic expectations and budget. During this phase, the client’s specific needs were carefully considered, to ensure a result that reflected their vision.

Design and selection: Tempus Fugit supported Sales Manager and client in selecting the most suitable materials and choosing the furniture that best suited the aesthetic and functional requirements of the new Bangalore headquarters.

Assistance and monitoring: During project implementation, Tempus Fugit assisted the client with project management, including sales negotiations and cost monitoring. This made it possible to keep the project within the established budget, while ensuring a high standard of quality.

Results: the project was successfully completed, providing elegant and functional furniture that reflects the importance and professionalism of the company.
